IMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENT

GIVING YOU MORE.

Effective Monday August 21, 2006 at 6:00AM ABC14 will become ABC7. Rex Sorensen, President of Sorensen Television Systems, Inc. announced today that STSI has completed negotiations with both MCV Cable Systems, and GTA Cable to reposition ABC14 (KTGM) from cable channel 14 to cable channel 7. Over the air viewers will still be able to view ABC7 on channel 14 on their televisions.

ABC14 has been re-branded to ABC7 in recognition of this channel move effective immediately. There is no change in the previously announced same day programming of ABC7 and the ABC Network lineup. The nightly local news from the Pacific News Center (PNC) continues at 6:00PM & 10:00PM rebroadcast at 6:30 AM the following morning.

The realignment to channel 7 positions the ABC Network for Guam to a channel consistent with major Television Markets in the mainland U.S. including Los Angeles, San Francisco, Denver, and New York. This change will allow the ABC7 to take greater advantage of ABC's network promotional programs.
