More cool Scud Pix

Former Guam resident and Public Affairs Officer Michel Escudie has been great about sending us copies of cool pix and letters he's been sending his family...had to share these with you

Dear Family - Some more photos from another of many trips around our vast area of operations in US Central Command. After seeing the hollowed out palaces behind me and the 9mm Berreta pistol in my holster, you'll have to guess where we visited.
Miss you, Michel

Miss You, Michel

On the way back from a recent visit to a neighboring country, we visited the USS Enterprise aircraft carrier. Pilots cot cute and did an almost 90 degree bank over the boat, but then it took them 3 tiries to catch one of 4 cables on the flightdeck and land. I was pretty close to throwing up (two colonels on board did) but didn't want to disgrace the Air Force, nor my new boss, who is an Air Force general. After landing, the ship's executive officer looked at me, then summoned a nurse who administered dramamine. I usually carry 40lbs of gear around too. Watching takeoffs and landing from 25ft away was awesome. High-speed catapult assisted takeoff was another experience.
Two pictures, for you.
